A source told a news portal when Aayush reached out, Tiger advised him that he seek training from his trainer Rajendra Dhole. The trainer then chalked out a detailed plan, including a rigorous workout regimen and strict diet, for Aayush’s bulky look in the film.
Aayush, who weighed 60kilos during his debut film, ‘LoveYatri’, had to attain 76kilos. According to the report, Aayush went through gruelling strength training for about 18 months. The trainer told the news portal that it was a task initially to achieve the physique that was demanded from his character. According to him, Aayush has always been fit, but he had a lean body so they had to bulk him up while giving him toned muscles and ripped abs, which requires a dedicated training routine.
Talking about Aayush’s dedication, Dhole added that he was surprised by the actor’s commitment. According to him, Aayush was always ready even for the toughest routines.
Directed by Mahesh Manjrekar, ‘Antim: The Final Truth’ also stars Salman Khan in lead roles. The movie is an official Hindi adaptation of the Marathi film, ‘Mulshi Pattern’. The film will hit the theatres on November 26.
