‘Tribal Pride Day’ will be held on November 15 in Bhopal, the capital of Madhya Pradesh. The festival will be held throughout the week in memory of Indigenous freedom fighters Lord Birsa Munda and Indigenous Freedom Fighters. Apart from Madhya Pradesh, the central government has also decided to organize various programs across the country from November 15 to 22.

The main event has been organized at Jambori Maidan in Bhopal on the occasion of Tribal Pride Day. Modi will be present there on November 15. Although his tour is four hours, he will stay on the stage for 1 hour and 15 minutes. And out of the Rs 23 crore spent by the state government, only Rs 13 crore will be spent to bring people from different places to and from Jamboree Maidan.

According to NDTV, two lakh indigenous people from different parts of Madhya Pradesh will be present on the day of the festival. Arrangements have also been made with that in mind. Jamboree Maidan is being decorated with portraits of tribal legendary leaders and works of art by the tribals. More than 300 workers have been working for a week to make the event a success. There are 46 seats reserved for tribals in Madhya Pradesh. In 2008, the BJP won 29 seats. In 2013, the number of seats increased to 31. However, later in 2016, the BJP won only 16 seats.
