Family members, including Aryan’s lawyer, were disappointed after the bail application was rejected at the end of the day. This time, Aryan’s lawyers will apply for bail in the Mumbai High Court. The NDPS court in Mumbai has also rejected the bail plea of Aryan and other accused Arbaaz Merchant and Moonmoon Dhamechar.
Aryan Khan is gradually getting involved in drugs. The Department of Narcotics Control (NCB) has been fighting against Aryan’s bail. Shah Rukhputra’s lawyers Amit Desai and Satish Manshinde have repeatedly applied for bail in court on October 14. Amit Desai claims Aryan has been unjustly arrested.

After hearing the arguments of the lawyers of both the parties on October 14, the Sessions Court announced the date of hearing on Aryan’s bail on October 20. It is learned that NCB has recovered the WhatsApp chat of a rising Bollywood heroine with Aryan. In this chat, they talked about drug related issues. In addition, Aryan’s WhatsApp chat with some drug dealers was presented to the court by the NCB as evidence. The NCB had imposed sections 8 (c), 20 (b), 26, 27, 29, 35 against Aryan.
Arbaaz Merchant’s father, one of the accused in the drug case, is a lawyer by profession. He claims that no one can be sent to jail on the basis of WhatsApp chat. And he asked the NCB for CCTV footage of the party held in a pleasure boat. Several Bollywood stars have stood by Aryan in his support. Meanwhile, some leaders of political parties like Shiv Sena and NCP have claimed that Shah Rukhputra has been unjustly framed. In support of Aryan, Shah Rukh’s fans crowded the court premises and outside Mannat.
