The question paper was not leaked, it is admirable

My feelings about the integrated admission test are mixed; Because, the experience is completely new for all of us. In the case of other universities, ideas are obtained by looking at previous year’s questions, or advice from those who have taken the exam before. We didn’t have that opportunity. I am satisfied with things other than the exam question paper. There were some minor problems. In many centers, students have been tested in the lab. For a boy who is accustomed to writing with his left hand, it is not at all easy for him to take the test in the right-hand chair for the first time. It is really commendable that the question papers were not leaked anywhere even after the cluster examinations were held in many centers.

My expectations of the bunch have largely been met. My examination center was Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University. Their management was extremely nice. There were scout members for direction and the teachers also helped a lot. Besides, it was easy to travel as the center was near my house. So this method seemed quite up-to-date to me. However, there are some complaints about the type of question. Although there are 20 university exams in general, science and technology combined, the quality of the questions has become as difficult as science and technology, which should have been of medium standard. And the amount of time was less in proportion to the amount of mathematical questions that were asked.

My experience is not good at all. First, I was not given a center from my list of preferred centers. Despite being a student of Dhaka, he had to stay up all night and go to Patuakhali from Dhaka to take the exam. In addition, most of the questions were of mathematical type. So 100 multiple choice questions in 60 minutes didn’t seem logical to me. The watch was not allowed to be taken, there was no watch even though it was tested. Before entering the center, there was a problem in keeping the necessary things like bags, mobiles, wallets, etc. safe. Since a large part of the students do not have parents with them, I would be happy if the authorities take the initiative to keep these things.

We did not have enough idea about the type of test and the question paper. In general, the University of Science and Technology is a little difficult question. So I was a little hesitant. The test questions seemed quite difficult to me. There were a lot of questions with mathematical terms, which I did not expect. So the question did not seem easy to the students preparing for medical or general subjects. I think it would be better for the universities of science and technology to take separate exams outside this group. But best of all, I didn’t have to rush. I got the center next to the house. The students who participated in the admission test for the second time also got a chance this time. This is also a good aspect.

I got a fairly positive response from everyone on the bunch method test. However, the type of question was not consistent with the time allotted for the test. Sometimes it takes about 5 minutes to answer 1 question. So it is very difficult to solve this quality question in just 60 minutes. In addition, due to the scarcity of pages and lack of space, there was no room for roughness in mathematical questions. Since the question was asked on 6 topics, the question could have been made a little bigger and clearer. The fate of many of us in higher education depends on an exam, so the quality of the question should be better.
