Suniel Shetty’s son Ahan is all set for a grand debut in Bollywood with Milan Luthria’a action entertainer ‘Tadap’. The film is a remake of Telugu drama ‘RX 100’ and features Tara Sutaria as the leading lady. The movie was extensively shot before the pandemic and director Milan Luthria recently revealed how Ahan helped the film’s crew in the past one year.

Speaking to Times Now digital, the filmmaker revealed, “He (Ahan) got along very well with the crew. He took them out, he hung out with them. In fact, during the pandemic, he reached out and helped many members of the crew from his own paycheque. That was a wonderful gesture I thought for a youngster to share whatever he is earning in his first film. He was very concerned. Good people allow you to make good movies. You have to have that positivity around you.”

Speaking about casting Ahan Shetty, the filmmaker had previously told ETimes, “Sajid and Ahaan had decided to work together and they were looking for a director. I was a little surprised that they thought of me because this was something I had not thought would be a part of my life. I have huge regard for Sajid, as a producer; he’s one of the finest in the business and I trust his instincts a lot. He’s very commercial like me and he’s very cinematic. So he told me about this boy and I had seen his pictures on Instagram, but I wanted to meet him. I got a good vibe when I met him. I tested him a few times. I wanted to make sure that he would be able to carry off this performance and he surprised me with his intensity, passion, and discipline. He’s very grounded in life, very sensible, straightforward. I just said that let’s just do it, it’s something I’ve never done before, that’s a good enough reason to do it.”
