The Bombay High Court granted bail to the star kid, with a Rs 1 lakh bond, as per the orders issued on Friday. Justice N. W. Sambre, who signed the order, asked Aryan and the two other accused to furnish one or more surety and not leave Mumbai or India without the permission of the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) investigating officer.
It was reported that the Court accepted the surety of Juhi Chawla and that she was directed to go to the registry to sign the documents. Lawyer Satish Maneshinde said in a statement to the media, “The order was furnished to the Sessions Special Court. Juhi Chawla has been accepted as surety by the court. Bail formalities are being completed. Once the bonds are signed, they’ll directly go from the court to jail.”

After completing the formalities and obtaining the release papers, Maneshinde said in a statement to the media, “Although I am not entitled to speak on behalf of others, but, there is nothing remaining in this case. Everyone should be granted bail. This is what happened in Rhea Chakraborty’s case. Once Rhea came out, everyone came out.”
As far as the bail order is concerned, Aryan and the co-accused in the case have been asked not to indulge in similar activities nor make any public statements about the case. The three have to mark their presence at the NCB’s office every Friday between 11 am -2 pm and also go there as and when called.
The court has also directed them not to indulge in influencing witnesses in any manner, attempt to delay the trial and attend court on all dates in the order, which will pave the way for the release of the trio later on Friday.
Meanwhile, it was reported that soon after the order was signed, Shah Rukh Khan rushed to the Arthur Road Jail to pick up his son. Two cars were seen leaving Mannat as fans and the media gathered outside the actor’s residence.
With the star kid expected to arrive home shortly, security was beefed up around the actor’s sea-facing residence.
