Shah Rukh Khan’s Aryan Khan has finally walked out of jail today, after he was granted bail by the Mum bai High Court on October 28. Shah Rukh Khan’s bodyguard Ravi was snapped outside the jail ahead of Aryan’s release. The star son will first be taken to a five star hotel in Worli, where Shah Rukh Khan had his lawyer sernior advocate Satish Manshinde are already stationed to welcome Aryan.

Aryan Khan has been released on the 28th day after his arrest. The bail order was released by the HC on October 29 but the formalities couldn’t be completed on time. Juhi Chawla, a family friend of the Khans, stood as surety for Aryan and signed the relevant documents. In a statement to ANI the actress had said, “I’m just happy that it’s all over and Aryan Khan will come home very soon. I think it’s a big relief for everybody.”

Meanwhile Mannat is all decked up for the arrival of Shah Rukh and Gauri Khan’s first born. ETimes paparazzi captured the staff decorating the terrace of the plush sea-facing bungalow.

The Bombay HC mentioned 14 key points in Aryan Khan’s bail order which included a PR Bond of Rs. 1 lakh. He was asked to submit his passport before the Special Court and that he cannot leave the country without prior permission from the Special Judge for NDPS at Greater Mumbai. Ever Friday, Aryan Khan will have to appear before the NCB at their Mumbai office. Aryan Khan has also been asked not to communicate with any co-accused involved directly or indirectly in similar activities and that he must not make any statement regarding the aforesaid proceedings pending before the Special Court in any form of media i.e. print media, electronic media etc. including social media.

Aryan Khan was arrested by the NCB on October 3 following a drugs bust on a luxury cruise. He was then lodged at Arthur Road jail. SRK had sent a money order of Rs 4500 for Aryan’s canteen expenses. On October 21, the superstar had visited Aryan Khan in jail and the father-son duo reportedly had an emotional meeting. Aryan was represented by a battery of high profile lawyers which included Mukul Rohatgi, Amit Desai and Satish Maneshinde.

Soon after Aryan was granted bail, his legal team visited Shah Rukh Khan. They also released an official statement about the case which read, “Aryan Shah Rukh Khan has ultimately been released on bail by the HC.No possession, No Evidence, No Consumption, No Conspiracy, Right from the First Moment when he was detained on 2nd Oct 2021 …. Nor is there anything as of now.”
