Saif Ali Khan, Rani Mukerji, Siddhant Chaturvedi and Sharvari Wagh starrer con drama ‘Bunty Aur Babli 2’ has recorded a big drop in collections on its first Monday. The film collected only Rs 1 crore nett on its fourth day at the ticket windows. According to Boxofficeindia.com, ‘Bunty Aur Babli 2’ has earned a total of Rs 9 crore nett in four days at the box office.

This light-hearted entertainer has recorded poor progress at the box office. Going by its current growth at the box office, the film is expected to rake in Rs 11.50 crore at the end of its first week. ‘Bunty Aur Babli 2’ is facing some stiff competition from ‘Sooryavanshi’. Directed by Rohit Shetty, this Akshay Kumar starrer cop drama has earned a total of Rs 179 crore nett till now.

Saif Ali Khan and Rani Mukerji reunited for a film after nearly 12 years. Speaking about his experience of working with Rani after a decade, Saif had told IANS, “It’s always a pleasure to work with Rani. She is a livewire on the set and her energy has always been infectious. So, I was thrilled that we were coming together to work again because I knew it would be a mad, fun ride with Rani.”
