We already know Arjun Kapoor will star in the comic thriller ‘Kuttey’ alongside Konkona Sen Sharma, Naseeruddin Shah, Tabu and Radhika Madan. And now, the dashing actor has shared his new look for the film. Chopped hair, trimmed beard and a classy mustache – that’s what defines Arjun’s latest avatar.

The actor, on Sunday, took to his Instagram handle to share his new look with a series of pictures. “Wahi Saal Naya Maal !!! Chopped the hair trimmed the beard & started film number 17

To be produced jointly with filmmaker Luv Ranjan, the thriller will see the feature directorial debut of Vishal Bhardwaj’s son, Aasmaan Bhardwaj. ‘Kuttey’ also has Kumud Mishra and Shardul Bhardwaj in key roles. Written by Aasmaan and Vishal Bhardwaj, the film was expected to go on the floors by the end of this year and it seems filming has now started. The music will be scored by Vishal Bhardwaj while lyrics are by Gulzar.

Earlier speaking about the film, Vishal Bhardwaj had said in a statement, “‘Kuttey’ is extremely special to me as it is my first collaboration with Aasmaan and I’m excited to see what he does with it. I have worked with Naseer Sahab, Tabu, Konkona and Radhika on different films throughout my career and Aasmaan has brought them all together in one film itself. We cannot wait for the audience to witness this captivating thriller on the big screen.”

According to reports, Arjun is likely to shoot for the film non-stop over a period of 60 days and he might not take any breaks for Christmas and New Year.

The dashing actor was last seen in a horror comedy film starring Saif Ali Khan, Jacqueline Fernandez and Yami Gautam. He will next be seen in Mohit Suri’s action-thriller ‘Ek Villain Returns’.
