Directed by Mahesh Manjrekar, ‘Antim’ features Salman in the role of a cop. He will lock horns onscreen with brother-in-law Aayush Sharma. This film is a remake of blockbuster Marathi movie ‘Mulshi Pattern’. Speaking about his larger-than-life character Salman said, “It is different this time. The fans will like it. There are all those facets of (my on-screen persona) but it is finally what the director wanted. It is larger than life film, but more realistic. Here, there is a certain type of character. You have all the dialogues, but it is just that this character looked best alone so we didn’t have anyone with him. The only place where he has danced is on ‘Bhai Ka birthday’.”
Besides this, Salman Khan is also working out the details of his passion project – ‘Salman Talkies’, which is a chain of theatres. During an interaction with the star, ETimes asked him for an update about the same, Salman shared, “It is still in the works. We were planning it but everything was put on hold (owing to the pandemic). Slowly we will get back to it, but definitely someday.”
