Superstar Shah Rukh Khan turned a year older and his close friend Juhi Chawla has the perfect gift for him.

The actress took to her Instagram handle and announced to celebrate the special occasion of SRK’s 56th birthday by pledging to plant 500 trees in the actor’s name.

Dropping a fan-made video clip featuring several stills of SRK and herself, Juhi penned down a sweet note to birthday wish King Khan. She wrote, “Haappppyyy Birrthhdaayyy ShahRukh …500 trees pledged in your name ..!! with love from alllll our family ..!!! @iamsrk. She also added a collage of their photos in the post. Have a look:

This is not the first gift SRK has received from Juhi Chawla as both share a close bond since they shared the screenspace in multiple films. Previously last year, Juhi had marked the actor’s birthday by planting 500 trees for Cauvery Calling, a movement launched by Sadhguru to revitalize the Cauvery river.

Shah Rukh Khan and Juhi’s friendship goes back a long time. Recently their friendship made headlines when SRK’s son Aryan Khan was arrested and later granted bail in a drug case. Juhi had come forward in the Mumbai Sessions Court to sign Aryan’s bail surety of Rs 1 lakh and helped the star kid to walk free from Mumbai’s Arthur Road jail after weeks.

Meanwhile, after Aryan returned home, reportedly, Shah Rukh Khan took off to Alibaug with his family for a lowkey birthday celebration on Tuesday.
