Superstar Shah Rukh Khan is celebrating his 56
^th birthday today and social media is filled with amazing wishes from his fans and friends from the industry. On this special occasion, SRK’s best friend Karan Johar penned an emotional note and recalled his first meeting with him.

In his post, KJo revealed that he met SRK on the sets of ‘Karan Arjun’. He also spoke about how Shah Rukh shaped up his life and career.

Karan took to Instagram and wrote, “I met him on the sets of Karan Arjun for the first time …. I tagged along with my father to hang out with Kajol… not realising i was going to meet a man who would go on to shape my life , my career and my very being ….his charisma and intelligence is a globally known fact … but I have the privilege of witnessing his humanity and heart… an unmatchable father … a rock solid husband … a loving brother and an indispensable friend …. Shah Rukh and Karan have always supported each other during their tough times. Recently, Karan was seen supporting SRK and his family during Aryan Khan’s arrest. He was even seen visiting Mannat to extend his support.

SRK featured in Karan’s debut film as a director ‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hai’. It went on to do wonders at the box office and fans still love to watch it. King Khan has featured his films such as ‘Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham’, ‘Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna’ and ‘My Name is Khan’.
