Bollywood actor Kartik Aaryan has come a long way in Bollywood ever since his debut in ‘Pyaar Ka Punchnama’ and created a niche for himself in the industry. While he is all set with an interesting lineup of films, recently he opened up about ‘bad news’ around him.

During his recent interaction with a film critic, Kartik revealed that it’s the family of the actors who are often not a part of the industry, gets affected by the negative reports. Talking about how his mother gets affected, he said that he always clarifies things with her in similar situations.

When asked about false reports doing rounds about him, he stated that when things are often blown out of proportion, it gets him thinking ‘Why is this happening with me?’ However, after a point when it boils down to his family, he gets worried about it as it’s the only thing that matters to him. Asserting that his work will speak volumes about him, he signed off by saying that he is ready to rework himself if he is not good at his work.

Meanwhile, Kartik will be turning a year older next week. As he is currently in the city for the promotions of his upcoming OTT release, the actor will mostly stick around in Mumbai till the end of this month.

Speaking to Pinkvilla, Kartik said that he has not planned anything for his birthday but will mostly be in Mumbai, celebrating the occasion with his family.

On the work front, Kartik Aaryan will also be seen in Anees Bazmee’s horror comedy ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2’ with Kartik, Kiara Advani and Tabu in the lead roles. He also has ‘Freddy’ with Alaya F.

Kartik Aaryan has also signed up for Hansal Mehta directed ‘Captain India’, wherein he essays the role of a pilot.
