Just imagine telling your parents that you would go for a live-in relationship rather than a traditional marriage. While only a few progressive minds might support your decision, most Indian parents will be shocked in disbelief. Even celebs, too, feel the same. For instance, during a panel discussion when actor Kriti Sanon was asked whether she will opt for a live-in relationship the actress admitted her mother won’t accept it.

For those who don’t know, Kriti had played a character Rashmi who was in a live-in relationship with Vinod (Kartik Aaryan) in the 2019 film ‘Luka Chhupi’. However, in real life, the popular actor can’t be in a live-in relationship since her parents won’t be okay with it. But she insists if she is in a relationship in future she will first test the seriousness of the relationship before going into marriage.

When asked if she has ever faced the situation just like she had in the film ‘Hum Do Hamare Do’ in which Rajkummar Rao’s character had lied to her Kriti said she always believes in the good. She believes that if she is not lying then the other person is also not lying to her.

Meanwhile, on the work front, after the success of her last film ‘Mimi’, Kriti will next be seen in ‘Adipurush’ which also features Prabhas and Saif Ali Khan and ‘Ganapath’ co-starring Tiger Shroff. Apart from these two she also has ‘Bhediya’ opposite Varun Dhawan, ‘Shehzada’ with Kartik Aaryan and Akshay Kumar starrer ‘Bachchan Pandey’.
