Lawyer Kashif Khan, who is representing Munmun Dhamecha recently spoke to the media about the Bombay High Court orders. On Thursday, the HC granted bail to Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun after their arrest in the drugs-on-cruise case.

He said, ”We’re hoping that after 3 pm, we will get the orders. Hopefully, if we get it max by 4: 30 pm then we’ve sufficient time to prepare papers and then we’ll immediately head to jail authorities and will get them out today”.

Recently Kashif stated that his client has been suffering the most in this. The lawyer told ETimes, ”He said, “Since the time she has been arrested, and presented before the CMM court as well as the Sessions Court, I have been only saying the same thing, that in my case, she’s the only person who’s struggling and has been victimised the max. Because in the present case, there are multiple accused arrested and many of the accused are related or connected or friends with each other. But, Munmun Dhamecha is the only one who is not connected or related with any single person in the present case.”

Aryan’s lawyer Satish Maneshinde told ANI, ”We’re expecting to receive orders of HC from HC registry today evening. As soon as we get the orders we’ll produce it in Spl NDPS court for completing other formalities and get release orders for Aryan Khan. We expect Aryan to be out of jail in the evening today itself.”
