Wordle is a word game where you have to guess a five lettered word within six attempts. The game is played on mobile apps. Yellow blocks means the alphabet you have entered is present in the word though the position of the alphabet is not correct, black block means the alphabet entered is not present in the Wordle word. A green block means the entered alphabet is in the right position of the Wordle word.

“It’s important to challenge yourself with new problem-solving exercises,” says Dr. Douglas Scharre, a neurologist and director of the Center for Cognitive and Memory Disorders at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. “Puzzles and games, especially those involving novelty, can stimulate and challenge key parts of the brain, including reasoning, language, logic, visual perception, attention, and flexibility,” he told a journal.

Activities that directly use our brain like playing a word game improves focus unlike watching TV which has a passive effect on the mind. Playing games like Wordle daily will sharpen the brain and will condition it to find new words.

Many experts have also said that Wordle is effective in reducing sorrow and depression in a person.
