BMI chart is the most standardised method to determine the ideal body weight of a person in comparison to their height. It is a more accurate way to track your progress. The problem with this method is it does not take factors like muscles mass and fat distribution into consideration.

BMI = Weight in kilograms/squares of your height in meters

<19: underweight

19 to 24: normal

25 to 29: overweight
