I have more enthusiasm now and also there are visible changes in my skin. Weight loss has made me realize that we should all be going back to our roots, the basics. There’s a lot of good in traditional rituals and diet tips. I followed the lifestyle which were norms before, and it made me lose 25 kilos. There are visible changes in my face and skin health as well.
