There are two kinds of statements about the beginning of class-examination of DU

Dhaka University Vice-Chancellor Md. Akhtaruzzaman and Vice-Chancellor (Education) ASM Maqsood Kamal’s contradictory statements were found. The vice-chancellor said that the meeting of the provost standing committee of the university has decided to start the class activities from October 16, which will also be raised in other relevant forums of the university. On the other hand, the Vice-Chancellor says that no such recommendation or decision was made in the Provost Committee.

Later, the vice chancellor said. Akhtaruzzaman said a meeting of the Provost Standing Committee had decided to lift the first, second and third year students from October 10. There was no decision on class activities.

After a long year and a half of closure due to the Corona situation, the fourth year undergraduate and postgraduate students have officially got up in different halls of the university from 8 am today. According to the decision of the University Syndicate, the students of the fourth year of graduation and post-graduation have to go to the hall showing at least one dose of vaccination certificate and valid identity card of the university. In this context, a meeting of the Provost Standing Committee was called this evening.
